SALLY WOEHRLE, KBTC
Tacoma, WA
Sally Woehrle has been a volunteer at KBTC for over 25 years and as soon as she retired from her full time job several years ago she immediately committed one day a week to volunteering at the station.
Sally started by serving on a non-profit board at the station that created a fundraising event. Her behind the scenes work maintaining database records and shipping premiums is vital too. Sally approaches every task, large and small, with seriousness and care for contributing to public television’s service and the viewer’s experience. She has left her mark on the station in how we train pledge volunteers, how we handle our premium inventory and how we value the service of our volunteers.
Sally was recognized on the station's Facebook page!
