The 2015 Public Media Summit explored the new political landscape, provided an extensive update on the forthcoming spectrum auction and repacking, and introduced the latest champions of public broadcasting.
Governor Robert Bentley (Republican, Alabama) attended the opening session to speak on his proposed 28% increase in State funding for Alabama Public Television and will accept the APTS Champion of Public Broadcasting Award.
